Hhmmm: Not very much comes to mind that can cause burning all over the body. Some physicians might right this off as a psychiatric diagnosis. So you may want to give a careful review of all symptoms and problems you may have. For burning all over i would look for inflammation, toxins or neurologic issues at the level of the brain that would affect your perception body wide.
