What causes tingling, numbness and a burning sensation on the left side of the body?

Focal symptoms: Could be a migraine aura, possible transient cerebral ischemia, a focal sensory seizure, and if left arm only, maybe cardiac issue. Sometimes following certain strokes, a focal pain issue with ensue. A focal process in neck could result in unilateral issues in arm and leg. Best to get such problems examined and diagnosed.
