I have tingling and numbness in my right leg above my ankle. it is not constant but comes and goes.?

Neuritis: Sounds like neuritis which is inflammation of the nerve. It can be localized or be referred from your lower back. Sounds like you need to see a neurologist. Nerve entrapments and injuries do better when treated early.
