How can i tell if i have a corneal abrasion or some eye infection?

Possibly: Corneal abrasions usually can be linked to an injury or event. The eye dischare is usually watery. Infections take longer to develop, the eye may be indeed red but the dischage may be mucus like or purulent. Speed of onset is usually the key.
