See your physician.: Unfortunately, renal colic from kidney stones can cause pain, nausea, cold sweats, vomiting and urinary discomfort. It is very important, however, to make sure you don't have a urinary tract infection with obstruction by a stone. Such an infection could progress rapidly and even lead to kidney damage.
