I'll say "no": I ran a medline search just now and found exactly nothing beyond the big study from a few years back, in which magnet therapy for pain miserably failed controlled studies. If you buy a magnet, you're rewarding a person making unsupported claims. Very strong magnetic fields do produce headaches among scientists so there's some effect. Swallowing more than one magnet is very dangerous.
