Can cocaine cause multiple sclerosis?

NO: Cocaine and other sympathomimetic amines do not cause ms, but can cause central nervous system arteritis and subequent strokes and hemorrhages, in addition to risk of cardiac complications. If you have ms, totally avoid all recreational drugs (including marijuana, until more is known!).
