Restoring stability: There are many different methods for PCL reconstructions, depending on the surgeon you go to. There are single versus double bundle, bone block versus soft tissue, and various numbers are sizes of incisions. I tend to perform an all-inside minimally invasive PCL reconstruction using a double bundle configuration. Most of my patients have minimal pain after surgery, however, there rehab is the same.
