Disagree the drinking age should be 18?

Two problems: 1) how do you stop underage drinking and driving. Motor vehicle crashes from dwi are a terrible problem and adding younger drivers, drinking, will increase that. 2) how do you stop the less than 18 year old crew from drinking? If the law enforces the dwi laws in place and penalizes those who provide alcohol to minors, then I am for lowering the age to 18.
