Could you explain how to get rid of sores in mouth?

Time: Most oral ulcers resolve spontaneously after 7-10 days. There are some over-the-counter medications that might help, including ziladent and orabase. If they're caused by a virus, such as herpes, then abreva may help.

Sores?: If they are the typical sores they are probably a herpetic virus, like a canker sore but it could be a traumatic lesion from brusing your gums or cheek or a chemical burn like holding an Aspirin next to a bad tooth (don't try).
