SLE: Management of lupus depends on disease severity and organs involved and as you point out is beyond what can be addressed in 400 characters. The specific therapies are best discussed with your physician. If you do have bipolar sxs associated with your lupus a psychiatrist should be involved in your care. Remember to take good care of yourself, as stress and physical illness may precipitate flares.
