Unclear : Implantation failures can result from the following: 1. Abnormal embryos that are transferred 2. Difficult embryo transfer 3. Abnormal uterine cavity 4. Hormonal abnormalities.

Don't know: Many speculative reasons can be given that are very complicated. But in actuality the true reason that implantation fails is the "black box" question that still alludes us.
