SERTRALINE: Zotral is equivalent in the usa to zoloft which is a selective serotonin re uptake inhibitor. The approved uses include; depression, anxiety, panic, ocd, social anxiety. Everything has side effects potentially and for sertraline it may be nausea, sedation, wakefulness, weight gain, appetite increase, appetite decrease, diarrhea. Available for many years and fairly safe for the right illness.
