See PCP: If there is an unplanned weight loss of the degree described and there is associated testicular & back pain, I am recommending that you see your pcp for an immediate evaluation. A referral to a urologist will most likely follow.

Get Him Seen: Your husband's symptoms are extremely abnormal - especially unintended weight loss of that magnitude over a short period of time. Get him to his doctor for a work-up asap!
