I tubes tied 7 years ago i had to go back in for another procedure because they missed my left tube so they went in & put a stopper plugged it or something but i was wondering is it possible for me to have another child?

Probably yes: I know for sure that tubal ligation can be reversed operatively. However conception can be complicated by ectopic pregnancy.

Yes: Does not matter how long ago your tubes were tied. Success of a tubal reversal depends on three things: age of the patient and at 31 you are still ok, skill of the surgeon and length of tubal segments remaining. In my experience, the "bands" are the easiest to reverse and give you the best success rates. Ivf is also an option but generally is more expensive. It is a choice. Good luck.
