Get checked: High white blood cells indicate infection or stress. Along with pain in rlq appendicitis needs to be rules out. ..Also tubal pregnancy possible. With this combo described it's important to be checked. If WBC count known, then i presume medical provider has reviewed? Be seem and do tests as advised. If this is recurrent and not acute also consider endometriosis. Don't ignore the pain.
