Is there a surgery to fix a lazy eye?

Yes: If a "lazy eye" is due to eye alignment then eye muscle surgery to help align the eyes better can improve amblyopia. Often the better seeing eye needs to be patched as well to force the weaker eye to develop.

Yes-misaligned eye: If the eye is wandering or crossed, surgery may help. Surgery will not fix amblyopia (lazy eye) which is poor vision in one eye--surgery only puts the eyes back into their "normal" anatomic position. Even when the eyes are straightened, they still may not work together. A detailed examination with a strabismus surgeon will determine if you are a candidate for surgery.
