Yes but only if . . : If you have sex w/o using any form of contraception, potentially you can get pregnant. Your chances depend upon when you have sex relative to your menses. The best way to prevent pregnancy (aside from not having sex) is to use some form of birth control. Pills only prevent pregnancy. Condoms prevent pregnancy & sexually transmitted infections. Consider using both to be extra sure.
