Healthy ways: The best way to lose weight is to be aware of portion control and to be active. Eat less, move more. A good way to eat less is to have 1/4 of your plate as protein, 1/4 your plate as high fiber complex carbohydrates like whole grains. 1/4 your plate as fresh vegetables, and 1/4 plate as a fresh fruit. The government plate is recommended by the us government and national institute of health.
