It depends: What is your idea of "accurate"? The lab test results need to be interpreted in the context of the clinical condition. Different tests have different sensitivity, specificity and predictive values. These characteristic vary with the population under consideration, e.g., the HIV screening tests have different performance when used on drug addicts vs. Observant nuns.
