Pyelonephritis,,,,: You can be having the pain associated with pyelonephritis. Pain in your back at the area of your lower rib can be it along with dysuria/pain on urination. You might have pain inyour suprapubic area also. These symptoms might be due to a kidney stone or std, but UTI seems most likely, so get checked out by your doctor for this to treat it and make sure it isn't anything else.
