More info: For your age- shigles is possible cause. You are not old enough to have gb problem. Constipation is a more common possibility. The spot in liver may be a hemangioma.......Usualy of no cosequence. Ofcourse , duration, nature , other medical problem and exam. Finding are helpful to pin point.

Inflammation: Liver or gallbludder disease, you can check it out with your doctor. Do not eat fatty food. Get a liver sonogram.
