Probable UTI: The dull ache sounds like a UTI (urinary tract infection). Pain/discomfort on urination, frequency, blood in urine, urine smells bad are symptomatic of a uti.
Discharge from vaginal infections may irritate the urethra, causing discomfort and achiness may be due toa herpes outbreak.
Consider pregnancy if active without protection. See your doctor to be examined and tested.
