No benefit at all!: Linus pauling was off the mark on his "research" on c and colds. All the latest studies show no benefit whatsoever, either on acquiring a cold, duration, or severity! the eskimo and inuit had historically no vitamin c in their acrtic diets whatsoever, and dealt very nicely with colds!
