A few things: Assuming a full work up was done....Increasing sodium intake (salt) , increase water intake, support stockings, dont get up too quicly. Other than that when you fell a spell coming on lye down and wait for it to pass. If this doesnt work and your still severly symptomatic you need medications such as flourinef or midodrine. In severe cases driving would be restricted until treatment was theraputic.
