Good sleep: To get a good sleep at night: 1- be sure of good sleep hygiene, no tv in bed room, no eating or drinking in bed, no texting or cell phone calls in bed 2- go to bed every day at fixed time. 3- get enough hrs of sleep you need according to your age. 4- if you are unable to fall asleep in 20 minutes, get up, leave the bed and do what ever is boarig until you feel sleepy.
