How can you check your breasts for lumps/cancer?

Mammogram&Self-Exam: The best way to check for breast cancer is a screening mammogram. It's safe, inexpensive, and noninvasive; it is most effective after menopause; most recommend starting at age 40. Self-examination is not as highly-endorsed but i think it can be a very effective way to find cancers when done often. Lastly, having a yearly physician exam is important as well.
