Not much: Endoscopy generally refers to procedures done in the upper GI tract (esophagus, stomach). Bronchoscopy is endoscopy done in the major airways and lung. We use similar equipment but bronchoscopes are generally of a smaller diameter. Both endoscopy and bronchoscopy can perform biopsies and treat abnormalities with stents and lasers.
