If i have been taking avinza (morphine) for severe back pain, and it has my bowels all screwed up, what should i do?

Bowels: Avinza is long acting morphine which is a mu receptor agonist. Common side effect is constipation. Recommend fiber, fluids, stool softener, milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide). If this doesn't help may need to change pain medication.
