Stronger muscles: The best diet is for building muscles is one high in protein: 2-3 grams per lb. That being said you need to exercise with progressive resistance weights. I recommend increasing the weight for each set. I also think it is best to work out two body parts in your workout session: ex: chest and triceps. Also it is best to eat about 5 meals a day. I have an apple or a protein shake between meals.
