IVF: If you mean 3 weeks after embryo transfer you should've had a positive pregnancy test, serial HCG should be rising appropriately. Transvaginal ultrasound could show a gestational sac(s), but usually isn't done for another week when you can see/measure a fetal pole. Fatigue, occasional pressure and cramping, and mild spotting are all very common.
