IVF success: If you are 29 and have not gotten pregnant after 3 ivf cycles, i would stop to find out if there are other issues that may be contributing to the failed attempts. Things to consider are egg quality, embryo quality and genetics, and immunological factors. The latter is least likely but it is unusual for a 29 year old with normal test results to fail 3 cycles.

Seek second opinion: In addition to the answere you received from another doctor, i recommend you to seek for second opinion. Not all ivf center provide high quality service, if one center can not resulted your pregnancy, seek for second opinion or change to different ivf facility.
