Panic: Panic attacks in panic disorder typically begin all of a sudden and out of the blue, symptoms usually peak within 10 minutes. Symptoms may include fear of loss of control /death, rapid heart rate, chest pain, sweating, tremor, shortness of breath, chills/hot flashes. Nausea, headache, faintness, tightness in throat & difficulty swallowing.
