Yes: Especially to r/o possibility of ectopic pregnancy, tuboovarian abscess if patient has fever with pain. Nauseas and vomiitng maybe present if the abscess is significant. Also torsion of ovary, endometriosis of ovary- a condition in which the inner lining of uterus being present in other locations other than inside of uetrine cavity like ovaries(chocolate cysts), fallopian tubes, pelvic surfaces, org.
