Folliculitis: Perhaps the skin is irritated. When the hair follicles get an infection they cause little bumps. Usually seen w men shaving facial hair. Called razor bumps. The area gets red and angry. Need to disinfect razors get new ones. The torso may also hair shafts that got infected. Suggest an anti bacterial soap from the pharmacy. If still bothering consider a virtual consult.
