Pressure: Continuous pressure over a certain threshold on a focused area over 2 hours will cause tissue damage, if the pressure is not relieved it can cause irreversible tissue damage. That specific area is hard to compress continuously because of its anatomical area , unless someone is lying on their belly all the time. Other blood supply or infectious causes should be r/o. Talk to a urologist or derm.
