Revision: When undergoing a c-section, the priority is not to make a good skin closure, but to present you with a healthy baby. Frequently i see c-section scars that have not had all the layers of the abdomen repaired, sometimes even with the scar stuck to the outer covering of the muscle. Any good plastic surgeon is able to revise your scar and restore the proper layers.
