My doctor checked me and i'm 2cm but can be stretched to 3 cm and my doctor moved my fetus head to get him to reacted but only slight reaction could they be something wrong . my baby moves only in the early mornings and late at night?

See below: Assuming you're at term, babies at term develop diurnal sleep-wake cycles that resemble us. Ask your doctor if he/she has any concerns about fetal activity.
