Yes: You are probably discussing Clonazepam which comes in a 1 mg strength (among others). This drug may be cut because it is not time-released or extended-release formulation.

Klonopin (clonazepam): You probably meant Clonazepam (klonopin). As long as it is not the wafers, it is scored, and is safe to cut in half. Suggest in future, if u r to continue the medication, to ask your doctor to write the 0.5mg. Tablets so u would not need to cut.
