Thick creams: Best treatment for "playa hands" or bad sunburn of the hands is avoidance by using and reapplying sunscreen to skin often. For now use thick creams (no lotions) as often as possible. Some good choices are those that contain Lactic Acid or urea e.G amlactin cream. Also "bagbalm" might work here.
