I have a very large fibroid and i feel like heat/hot on the right ovary, what is causing that ?hospital test came out ok , can fibroids be cancerous?

Ver very rarely: Large fibroids may produce symptoms but are extremely unlikely to be cancerous. Fibroids generally become smaller on their own after menopause.

WHAT Hospital Test?: Fibroids are almost always benign (not cancer). If the fibroid gets too large for its' blood supply it can partially infarct (die) and cause pain.
