Blurry AM vision: Blurry vision first thing in the morning is usually related to eye surface dryness or blepharitis. Try using warm compresses 2x daily, artificial tears during the day, ointment at night, and omega-3 fatty acid supplements. You should also be check for lagophthalmos (partial eye closure during sleep). If no improvement or worsening, you should see an eye doctor.
