Probably not: Rheumatoid arthritis is unfortunately a degenerative condition. The current treatment to prevent long term degeneration is starting dmards (disease modifying treatment) early on to prevent the serious problems from before. I usually recommend the 4 -6 grams of omega 3, glucosamine with chondroitan, curcumin as adjunctive treatment along with the mediterreaen diet and exercise.

Absolutely not!: The omega-3s (flax seed oil and fish oil) will help ra. Vitamin c over the mdr has no benefit. Results are mixed with glucosamine. Anti-oxidants such as green tea extraqct, grapeseed extract may also help, but if you truly have ra, you will sustainm progressive joint damage with time, if you are not taking remitting agents! see someone in rheumatology!

No: While these can be helpful to help the pain, they will not stop joint distraction and disability. This requires dmard medications and/or biologics.
