A member asked:

Are there stem cell treatment for copd?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: No, COPD is largely related to smoking and/or poorly controlled asthma. In the rare cases of alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency, that can be replaced. Stem cells don't work for these kind of problems.
