Yes: Your abdominal wall was strained and will take a bit to get back. Check w your surgeon if you feel a bulge.

It can be: Appendectomy can be done open or laparoscopically. If done with a laparoscope, this is sometimes an incision in the left lower abdomen that can account for pain. Sometimes the pain is due to constipation seen after surgery, and this can happen with open or lapif there associated fever or chills then i would contact your doctor to consider a cat scan tom check for postoperative infection or abscess.
