No: Most patients will generally feel 5 movements per hour when they concentrate and do "kick counts." this is true for most patients after 28 weeks. Before 28 weeks different people feel different things.

Depends: It depends on what you mean by consistent? In the 26-28 week range, it's normal to feel movement every day. If you don't feel movement, sometimes it's because blood sugar is low. Have a snack and lay down on the bed and see if you don't feel movement then. It's normal as we move about our lives not to 'notice' movement all the time. But typically if you stop and concentrate, baby is moving.
