Most likely but also: Like virtually all drugs & supplements, there have not been studies on the safety of florastor during pregnancy- the manufacturer advises people to ask their doctor without telling doctors if it is safe! but based on everything i know it is most likely perfectly safe to take when pregnant. But it may not help you much. I would also advise acidophilus/bifidus & digestive enzymes. Avoid beans etc.

Probiotics helpful: There was a recent article that discussed the use of probiotics in pregnancy and before to help decrease autism. They found that the women felt better and helped decrease autism. I would recommend a multi species probiotic with several billion colonies. Ask your doctor to be safe.

Florastor is safe: Florastor (sachromyces boulardii) is vey safe overall. A question that pops into my mind is - why are you getting bloated in the first place? You may be consuming too many starches and sugars which when metabolized by your bowel flora put out large amounts of co2. I would recommend stopping all sugar and reducing carbs. Also consider eliminating milk products as they can also cause gas in some.
