Small frequent meals: Some people get relief from ginger and vitamin b6. Exercise helps. Getting away from stress makes a big difference. If you are vomiting excessively and losing weight, your doctor can prescribe several medications that help. Make sure you don't allow yourself to get dehydrated: it makes the nausea much worse.

Call Doctor: Hyperemesis is persistant vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy that can lead to dehydration. Some patients need hospitalization for IV rehydration and electrolyte control. Outpatient treatments may be effective but you should keep close communication with your doctor.

Try herbs: Eat and drink whatever you can tolerate. Do not force yourself to eat or drink anything that will make the vomiting worse. Try ginger, fennel, oregano. Try popscicles, clear vegetable broth.

Several options: The most recommended therapy is to try over-the-counter 25-50 mg vitamin B6 along with 1/2 doxylamine (unisom) tablet twice a day. Eat small frequent meals. Ginger containing food substances such as ale, tea, and cookies can help. Try to stay hydrated. Focus on what appeals to you in terms of food and drink. Call your doctor for a prescription medication if all else fails, there are options.
