Usually not: Occasional nausea and vomiting may be ok if you are gaining weight in the second trimester. Otherwise check with your doctor.

Morning sickness +: Morning sickness (nausea gravidarum) ends about the 12th week of pregnancy for most women. Persistent vomiting puts you at risk for dehydration, weight loss, low potassium. See your OB if you're still vomiting in the 2nd trimester or later. Try to replace fluids (one sip at a time of water/gatorade/sports drink). Otc emetrol is considered safe during pregnancy & may relieve vomiting until you can.
