Talk w/doctor: There's a 6-11% incidence of dizziness w/immediate release wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) and 5-7% w/extended release form. Please tell your own prescribing physician about your "lightheaded" response to wellbutrin (bupropion). S/he knows you, your overall health concerns, and other medicines you may be taking -- and can give you the best advice.

Give it time: If you just started it, this kind of side effect is usually temporary. If it lasts more than a few days to a week and it is bad enough to concern you, it may be time to consider an alternative antidepressaant. Talk to your doctor.
